Camogli is a beautiful small town of the Ligurian coast, one of the many medieval villages you can find along the coast between Genoa and La Spezia. Camogli is a beautiful small town of the Ligurian coast, one of the many medieval villages you can find along the coast between Genoa and La Spezia. I was very lucky indeed with this picture: after an entire day spent at experimenting with very long exposures I was ready to get back to home, when I noticed that a small portion of the sky just above the horizon was clear, and I immediately realized that something good was going to happen with the light. I just had the time to set up the tripod and the camera, and a marvelous light show indeed went on stage. The title is somewhat playful: while I was deciding where to place the tripod, a wave hit me and completely soaked me. Later at night, reviewing the shoot on my pc, I thought it was well worth it to get soaked for a picture like that...
